The mass percentage of soil stabilized is nearly 60%. This means the stabilization of a very high amount of Hg-contaminated soil per mass of sample. Due to the physical characteristic of the Hg-contaminated soil a high amount of sulfur is required (19-21% S) to improve the workability and the mechanical properties of the probes.The authors wish to thank the Europe...
