Abstract Introduction. The study examines the tacit knowledge sharing (KS) practices among lecturers in the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. It explored the presence of tacit knowledge sharing culture, KS processes, factors affecting the sharing of tacit knowledge, how the University supports the sharing of tacit knowledge, and the challenges of tacit knowledge sharing. Method. Case study research design was used. The population composed academic staff in the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
