The LibQUAL+ survey was conducted for the first time by Memorial University of Newfoundland Libraries during March and April 2005 to assess user perceptions of how well the libraries are meeting the needs of students, faculty and staff. 5,586 LibQUAL+™ surveys were distributed to undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, research staff, library staff and other staff. A total of 1,510 surveys were completed. In addition, 771 participants took the additional time to make comments. The collection comprises 9 files (4 data files; 5 text files) plus the Study Description in DDI 2.0 compatible xml
