Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (responsivenesss, reliability, assurance, empathy dan tangible) terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Desa Beru sebanyak 1.800 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 95 orang dengan teknik menggunakan rumus slovin.
