Abstract-Face extraction in video is very critical in security and internet communication. In this view point, extracting view invariant faces in real time is more important. In this paper a new rapid algorithm for this purpose is proposed. The algorithm uses two phases to extract view invariant faces in video frames. The result shows that the algorithm performs well in extracting the face area with acceptable speed and accuracy
