Information The objectives were to fulfill one of the requirements of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Notice 440.1, Interim Chronic Beryllium from historical reviews, previous sampling surveys, and a new sampling survey were used to establish a more comprehensive understanding of the locations and levels of beryllium contamination in 35 buildings.
