To investigate the extent to which secondary schools practiced aspects of total quality management (TQM). A descriptive survey method type design was used in this study. A sample of 608 teachers provided their perceptions on the practice of TQM in their schools. Data were collected using a questionnaire. This article summarizes the results of research into work motivation of teachers of schools. The results of this investigation found that the Government secondary school teachers are higher work motivation and its dimensions than the unaided and aided schools.
