ABSTRACT: In this study, fungi, the most appropriate medium for the production of Metarhizium anisopliae in liquid and solid phases to produce clamidospore and conidiosopre were elected. For the liquid phase of plant foods, including potatoes, wheat flour, rice flour, corn flour and sugar cane molasses, and for the solid phase of plant materials, including sugar cane, corn, barley, rice, millet and sorghum were evaluated. The performance characteristics of the liquid phase compared by spore concentration and germination percent of clamidospores.
