This paper presents a forecast analysis of production in different sectors of Latvia's manufacturing. It considers the results of investigation ordered by Ministry of Environment Protection. The forecasts of production growth in different sectors of manufacturing are calculated up to 2020. On basis of these forecasts by means of unified EU methodology the forecasts of CO 2 emission are calculated. The calculated CO 2 emission forecasts will serve for Latvia's emission quota demand from EU as basis
