Abstract In this paper, the author expounded on the investigation and understanding in the innovative ability of the contemporary college students, and introduced their practical experience and concrete measures in theoretical teaching, practice teaching, graduation design and technological innovation activities in the specialty of the Computer Science and Technology. In addition, the ability to develop creative thinking and innovation is currently an important part of quality education, and innovation is the concentrated expression of professional quality, therefore, to carry out innovative personnel training is the educational responsibilities that we must conduct
