Abstract: Chest Physiotherapy has been used to clear secretions, prevent accumulation of debris and improve mobilization or airways secretions and help lung ventilation in newborn for respiratory problems. Physical therapy modalities include positioning, postural drainage, percussion, vibration, and suction. The study was established to investigate efficacy of applying selected chest physiotherapy modalities on the neonates with Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS).
