The study was to investigate organizational correlates of secondary school teachers' job commitment in Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State in Nigeria. Two null hypotheses were generated to guide the study. The research design adopted was ex-post facto. The study sample of two hundred and eighty (280) teachers was drawn using a simple random sampling technique from seventy-four (74) public secondary schools in Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State. The instrument used for data collection was a 4-item point scale (Likert type).
