Abstract-Building on our previous work that compared computed propagation characteristics of picosecond pulses on coplanar waveguides (CPW's) with experiments, we extract transmission-line parameters, including resistance, inductance, conductance, and capacitance, from S-parameters up to subterahertz frequencies.
