Menstrual hygiene is an integral part of woman’s health. Ignoring it can pose serious consequences on the health of female and environment as well. Sadly, majority of the women are not cognizant as to what is Menstrual Hygiene. Reasons being lack of awareness, access and acceptance. Their mindsets are blocked by age old customs, myths, taboos and patriarchal nature of the society. A combined endeavour is required to remove the stigma and shame associated with menstruation and raising awareness about Menstrual Hygiene. Vision is to build a world in which no girl or women is held back due to periods
