KINERJA KARYAWAN DITINJAU MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA (Studi Pada Karyawan Marketing PT. AXA Financial Indonesia, Cabang Malang)

This study aims to examine the direct effect between variable of transformational leadership and motivation and variable of employee performance, as well as using job satisfaction variable as a mediator. The samples used are marketing employees of PT. AXA Financial Indonesia Malang Branch with total of 75 people. The analytical method in this study is Descriptive Analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research show that the direct effect of transformational leadership towards job satisfaction is positive and significant, the direct effect of motivation towards job satisfaction is positive and significant, the direct effect of transformational leadership towards employee performance is positive but not significant, the direct effect of motivation towards employee performance is positive but not significant, and the direct effect of job satisfaction towards employee performance is positive and significant. Meanwhile, the indirect effect between transformational leadership and employee performance through job satisfaction mediation is positive and significant, and the indirect effect between motivation and employee performance through job satisfaction mediation is positive and significant
