STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN BISNIS PENGOLAHAN IKAN TUNA PADA CV MINA MARGO UTAMA KOTA MALANG

The marine fisheries resources are one of Indonesia's potentials in the fisheries sektor. One of the industries processing marine wealth is CV. Mina Margo Utama, which is engaged in tuna processing business. This study aims to identify internal and external factors to determine the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company, and formulate business strategies that are right for the company. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and three-stage analysis of strategy formulation using IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM. The results showed that the company is in quadrant I that is in a position of growth and development. The main strategy used in the development of the company is to expand the network of cooperation with distributors of Frozen Food in Malang and surrounding areas
