This study to determine how the effect of promotion, price and product quality on customer statisfaction at Pesenkopi Malang. And to find out the biggest contribution between promotion, price and product quality on customer satisfaction Pesenkopi Malang. The technique sampling this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method using a sample of 120 respondens who have criteria, namely : customer with an age range of 17-30 years, have made purchases at Pesenkopi by take away. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and dominance test.
