OBJECTIVES To compare the predictive performances of the prewiring, postwiring MI-SYNTAX scores, prewiring, and postwiring Updated Logistic Clinical SYNTAX score (LCSS) for 2-year all-cause mortality post percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients.
