This thesis is devoted to the numerical simulation of the scattering of plane waveby a pendent droplet in three dimensions using the Statistic Vectorial Complex RayModel(SVCRM), which is based on the Vectorial Complex Ray Model (VCRM) developedin the laboratory CORIA.Optical metrology is widely used in many domains of scientific research due to itsadvantages of being fast and non-intrusive.
