The aim of the case study is to provide an example of multicultural team management from the perspective of cross-cultural managers and to understand their role in multicultural team management. The topic will focus on the importance and need for competent cross-cultural managers. In today's multinational organizations, a majority of employees are bicultural, which can be of tremendous use to managers in their everyday tasks.
