Hydraulic Sizing of the Water Chamber with and without Air Damping : Master's Thesis

U radu je prikazan matematički model funkcioniranja vodne komore u sustavu akumulacija, dovodni tuneli, vodna komora, te 3 tlačna cjevovoda kojima voda dolazi do 3 turbine. Napravljene su 4 varijante vodnih komora radi usporedbe različitih veličina otvora zračnog prigušenja kao i slučaj bez prigušenja. Proračun je napravljen u programskom jeziku FORTRAN95 i rezultati su prikazani u Microsoft Excelu.The paper presents a mathematical model of the functioning of the surge chamber in the reservoir system, supply tunnels, surge chamber, and 3 pressure pipelines through which water reaches 3 turbines. Four variants of surge chambers were made to compare different sizes of air damping as well as the case without damping. The calculation was made in the FORTRAN95 programming language and the results are displayed in Microsoft Excel
