Belair, taken in McNally Building during his visit to Saint Mary's. Father Belair first appears at SMU in 1946 as Class Master of Grade 10A; by 1948 he has the formidable title of Dean of Discipline, a post he held until 1967. Reyno served as an officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1940-1945, a veteran of the Battle of Britain, and was made an honourary Doctor of Civil Law in 1965. This visit was commemorated in a photo on pg. 75 of the 1957 Santamarian yearbook. Identification credited to alumnus Ervin J. Doak (Commerce class of 1962).Stamped in black on reverse: '655 19'.
