Bazı Caryophyllaceae Bitkilerinden sekonder metabolitlerin izolasyonu ve yapı analizleri

The family Caryophyllaceae, a widespread family, is flowering plants that grow in warm and moderate regions. Especially in the northern hemisphere, Asia and Europe, predominantly in the Mediterranean region (Brummitt, 1992, Heywood, 1993). The family Caryophyllaceae is a very rich family consisting of 104 genus and more than 2000 species In Central, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions of Turkey, which are the centers of economically important plants, there are 32 genus and 500 species of Caryophyllaceae family. (Davis, 1967, Böttger and Melzig, 2011). The plants in our country belonging to the family Caryophyllaceae are generally perennial and are considered as pink family because of their flower characteristics (Simpson, 2012). Microscopic appearance of this family: leaves and flowers are mutually opposed, bulbous nodules and long leaves (Kolodziejski and Stecka, 1965). Many species of the Caryophyllaceae family are commonly used by some ethnic communities as a traditional medicine (Chandra and Rawat, 2015). Caryophyllaceae species have a rich content. This family contains bioactive metabolites such as saponins, flavonoids, phytoecdisteroids and oligosaccharides (Golea et al., 2017). In this study, Gypsophila laricina Schreb., Silene odontopetala Fenzl., Saponaria pumilio Boiss. species in Caryophyllaceae family were studied. Thirteen compounds were isolated from Gypsophila laricina Schreb. for the first time and the structure of the four compounds were identified by the 1D- and 2D-NMR and ESI-MS analyses as three known terpenes and one known steroidal saponins. Eighteen compounds from the Saponaria pumilio Boiss. were isolated for the first time and the structure of three of them were identified by the 1D- and 2D-NMR and ESI-MS analyses as known flavonoids. Twelve compounds from the Silene odontopetela Fenzl. were isolated and the structure of the five compounds was identified by the 1D- and 2D-NMR and ESI-MS analyses as four known steroidal saponins and one known flavonoidYaygın bir aile olan Caryophyllaceae familyası, sıcak ve ılımlı bölgelerde yetişen, çiçekli bitkilerdir. Özellikle Kuzey yarım kürede, Asya ve Avrupa, ağırlıklı olarak Akdeniz bölgesinde yetişmektedir (Brummitt, 1992, Heywood, 1993). Caryophyllaceae familyası, 104 cins ve 2000'den fazla türden oluşan oldukça zengin geniş bir ailedir (Böttger, 2011). Ekonomik açıdan önemli olan bitkilerin merkezi olarak bilinen Türkiye'de İç, Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerinde Caryophyllaceae ailesinin 32 cinsi ve 500 türü bulunmaktadır (Davis, 1967, Böttger and Melzig, 2011). Caryophyllaceae familyasına ait ülkemizdeki bitkiler genellikle çok yıllıktır ve çiçek özelliklerinden dolayı pembe familya olarak nitelendirilmektedir (Simpson, 2012). Bu ailenin üyelerinin mikroskopik görünümleri, yapraklar ve çiçekler karşılıklı, şişkin yumrulu ve uzun yapraklıdır (Kolodziejski and Stecka, 1965). Caryophyllaceae ailesinin birçok türü yaygın olarak bazı etnik topluluklar tarafından geleneksel tıpta kullanılır (Chandra and Rawat, 2015). Caryophyllaceae türleri zengin bir içeriğe sahiptir. Triterpen saponinler, flavonoidler, fitoekdisteroitler ve oligosakaritler gibi biyoaktif metabolitleri içerir (Golea et al., 2017). Bu çalışmada Caryophyllaceae familyasına ait olan Gypsophila laricina Schreb., Saponaria pumilio Boiss., Silene odontopetala Fenzl., türlerinin fitokimyasal türleri çalışılmıştır. Gypsophila laricina Schreb. bitkisinden on üç tane bileşik izole edilmiştir ve izole edilen bu bileşiklerin dördünün yapıları 1D and 2D-NMR teknikleri ve ESI-MS analizleriyle belirlenmiştir. Bu bileşiklerden üç tanesi terpenoid, bir tanesi de steroidal glikozit yapısında oldukları bulunmuştur. Saponaria pumilio Boiss. bitkisinden on sekiz bileşik izole edilmiştir ve izole edilen bu bileşiklerin üç yapıları 1D- ve 2D-NMR teknikleri ile ESI-MS analizleriyle belirlenmiş ve bu bileşiklerin flavonoid glikozit yapısında oldukları bulunmuştur. Silene odontopetala Fenzl. bitkisinden on iki tane bileşik izole edilmiştir ve izole edilen bu bileşiklerin dört tanesi bilinen steroidal saponin ve bir tanesi de bilinen flavonoid glikozit yapısındadır. İzole edilen bileşiklerin yapıları 1D and 2D-NMR teknikleri ve ESI-MS analizleriyle belirlenmişti
