The New Zealand Kellogg Rural Leaders Programme develops emerging agribusiness leaders to help shape the future of New Zealand agribusiness and rural affairs. Lincoln University has been involved with this leaders programme since 1979 when it was launched with a grant from the Kellogg Foundation, USA.The survey was taken over the Moa-Nui Dairy Co-operative\ud supply area. The questionaire was sent to all Shareholding\ud farmers and also to all Sharemilkers. 1039 farm owners and\ud 260 sharemilkers received the questionaires. There was a 22\ud percent response.
