UPAYA PENYELESAIAN HUKUM DARI PENERBIT TERHADAP TINDAKAN WANPRESTASI DALAM KARTU KREDIT YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH PEMEGANG DI BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA CABANG MATARAM-NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

The law of remedies for breach of contract issuers in the credit card holder made by Bank BRI branch in Mataram. Under the guidance of N.BUDI ARIANTO, SH.MHum. The aim of this study was to see, understand and analyze how the legal remedies against the misuse of the credit card issuer made by the shareholders at the Bank BRI branch United States - West. This research is located in Mataram by type of research used in the writing of this law is the law of empirical research. This research focuses on the behavior of the people that the law (law in action) in this study require primary data as the primary data as well as secondary data. The data used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection process was conducted through field studies and literature. Analysis of the data was used in a descriptive way kuailtatif with informal presentation. Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the legal remedies against the actions of the issuer defaulting on credit cards carried by the holder at Bank BRI Branch Mataram has been carried out in accordance with the provisions contained in the credit card agreement that is by consensus through mediation. Then, a variety of problems related to credit card defaults can also be solved by a special team of BRI which is intended to overcome the abuse and default credit card as a form of early settlement and not through violence
