Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, TITLE I--LOWER COLORADO RIVER BASIN PROJECT: OBJECTIVES SEC. 101. That this Act may be cited as the "Lower Colorado River Basin Project Act". SEC. 102.
