In his brief the Secretary of the Interior states that soon after August 15, 1963, he will have formulated a comprehensive plan for the development of the Colorado River for presentation to Congress in January 1964. The Commission believes that it would be in the public interest to reopen the record to permit the Secretary to file his comprehensive plan of development and permit the other participants in the proceeding to comment thereon. The Commission orders: The record is hereby reopened to permit the Secretary of the Interior to file as soon as possible, but not later than January 15, 1964, 20 copies of his plan for development of theEpson Perfection 4870 Photo, 400 dpi, 8 bit, 2,096,564 byte
