Operate the extension channel and control structure to discharge all Wellton-Mohawk drainage waters to the bed of the river below Morelos Dam, except those which are discharged above the dam on the days and at such rates as Mexico may request in writing through the United States Section. C. Obtain the cooperation of the Yuma County Water Users' Association to discontinue discharges from the wasteways of the Yuma County Water Users' Assocation to the bed of the Colorado River below Morelos Dam. If necessary for this purpose, the Bureau of Reclamation will obtain the Association's approval to design and construct the works neede to effect such Discharges as a part of the deliveries to Mexico in the river above Morelos Dam and/or across the land boundary near San Luis, arizona. D. Control the flows to the Colorado River below Imperial Dam on the days for which Mexico requests water at the minimum rate of deliveries of 900 C. f. s, so that the total flow reaching the limitrophe section of the Colorado River, excluding Wellton-Mohawk drainage waters, will be not less than 800 c. f. s. and will average not less than 900 c. f. s. for the total of such daysEpson Perfection 4870 Photo, 400 dpi, 8 bit, 1,487,213 byte
