PERAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH TERHADAP PERLINDUNGAN ANAK SEBAGAI PEKERJA RUMAH TANGGA ANAK DI YOGYAKARTA

Legal writting / thesis is one form of scientific works made by undergraduate students of law. Protection of Domestic Workers in Yogyakarta has been stipulated in Regulation No. 31 year 2010 Governor and Mayor Regulation No. 48 of 2011, but for children who work as domestic workers there are no legal protection. So it can be encapsulated in the tittle of the thesis that the Local Government Role of Judicial Review against the Protection of Children as Domestic Workers. This research normative where legislation synchronous or in consormnity with other regulatioms and require secondary data as the main data, and supported from the interview by people from the village in the city of Yogyakarta. Based on the research results of the existing provisions in the Regulation of the Governor and Mayor Regulation on the protection of children as domestic workers that has not been implemented in real, because no implementation of supervisory function, as well as only a few legal protection to protect children as domestic workers. Therefore, there should be regulations that protect the rights of domestic workers and sanctions, as well as oversight of the working relationship between the Employer with the Domestic Worker
