This research is entitled Combating abortion a criminal offense committed by the police special region of Yogyakarta . The problem of this research is the efforts made by the Police Special Region of Yogyakarta in tackling the crime of abortion and the constraints faced by the Police of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in making abortion a criminal offense countermeasures against criminal abortion .
