Statement of the Southern California Water Conference on the Pacific Southwest Water Plan October 28, 1963 The Southern California Water Conference has assiduously analyzed the Secretary of the Interior's proposed Pacific Southwest Water Plan within the time available. Experts have been called on to express their views. Members of the Conference, representing more than one hundred water distributing agencies in Southern California, have examined summaries and analyses of the Plan and made their several recommendations.
