UPAYA KEPOLISIAN RESORT TOBA SAMOSIR DALAM PROSES PENCEGAHAN DAN PEMBERANTASAN TINDAK PIDANA NARKOTIKA DAN PSIKOTROPIKA

Narcotics and psychotropic substances is a very serious crime. All over the world are trying to eradicate it, not least in Indonesia. Number of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances in Indonesia is increasing and is now very worrying. Narcotics and psychotropic now not only affect adults, children were already vulnerable to become victims of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Toba Samosir as one one of the districts in Indonesia also increased numbers narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances. Therefore to prevent an increase in the crime of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances, it takes the efforts of the Police, especially the Police Toba samosir. There were two attempts in the prevention and eradication of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances,namely the efforts of Non-Penal and Penal effort. Non-Penal effort is more effective to prevent the crime of narcotics and psychotropic this. But this effort the Police Toba samosir experiencing various obstacles both from internal and external. Therefore in the prevention and eradication of this process, The Police Toba Samosir need the support off all parties, both the government and society
