ANALISIS RENCANA LIFE CYCLE COST GEDUNG HOSTEL PADA KAWASAN RUMAH SAKIT JIMBUN MEDIKA KEDIRI

Analysis of the life cycle cost of a design process that is important in controlling the initial costs and future costs in possession of an investment project. Therefore , there should be a life cycle cost analysis study to determine the cost of any category contained in the hostel building project in the area of Islamic Hospital jimbun medika Kediri and also see how much the total cost incurred by a development project in the area of hospital hostel Islam jimbun medika Kediri ranging from the design stage to the technical life of hostels set . The purpose of this study is, identify the service life of the building material components hostels on hospital grounds jimbun medika kediri , and make long-term plans of the building life cycle cost hostels in the area jimbun medika kediri hospital . From the results of the research, there are three groups that make up the life cycle cost is the cost of building, operating costs, and the cost of maintenance and replacement. For a long-term plan the life cycle cost of the costs and the percentage obtained as follows, development cost Rp.7.150.000.000,00-( 46 % ), operational costs Rp.3.799.333.250,00-( 28% ), maintenance and replacement costs Rp .2.590.900.000,00-( 26 % )
