REHABILITASI SEBAGAI HAK KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA PERDAGANGAN ANAK

The title of this essay is rehabilitation as a right of crime victims of child trafficking. The legal issues is rehabilitation of victims of child trafficking crime is going according to the laws and regulations that exist. The analysis this essay, is used legal normative juridical with focus on the posotive norms, related the Refugees Convention. The process of rehabilitation is necessary for victims of child trafficking crime that it become the responsibility of the government to provide a means of rehabilitation. Government through the Department of Social’ve run the command with the law by providing a means for the rehabilitation process. Conclusion is adding expertise to maximize to victims of crime of trafficking in children
