VALUASI EKONOMI KAWASAN KARST GUNUNG SEWU, DESA PACAREJO, KECAMATAN SEMANU, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL TAHUN 2013

This research is addressed to count total economic value of Karst Gunung Sewu District. The research was located in Desa Pacerejo, Kecamatan Semanu, Kabupaten Guningkidul, DIY. The data that was used is both primary and secondary data. Primary data was gathered by directly interviewing Kalisuci tourists and residents with questionnaires, meanwhile the secondary data was gathered from Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, Kantor Desa Pacarejo, dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata Kalisuci. Travel Cost Method is used to count overall costs spent by Kalisuci tourists. The benefits of agricultural products are gathered by applying Effect On Production method. Contigent Valuation Method is used to comprehend tourists’ Willingness To Pay for aestethics and beauty of Kalisuci and the Willingness To Accept compesation to residents if their residences are damaged because of landslide disaster. Based on the research, Total Economic Value was known for Rp510.517.885.214,03 from use and non-use values
