This thesis is entitled the Rights of Pregnant Woman Prisoner and Child since in the Womb on Nutritious at Correctional Facility. The aim of this research is to know and get data on pregnant woman prisoner and child since in the womb on nutritious food at Correctional Facility. This law writing utilized positive law such as normative, it is a research that focuses on positive law in form of regulation rules. This research utilized deductive law reasoning, which was a thinking pattern begins from general knowledge, then it is drew conclusion on special fact. The research result is that woman prisoner rights at Correctional Facility has not gotten special treatment given by Correctional Facility Class IIA Yogyakarta, all prisoners are treated equally, whether from activity aspect, facility or food giving
