PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANGGOTA MILITER YANG MELAKUKAN TINDAK PIDANA NARKOTIKA DI WILAYAH HUKUM PENGADILAN MILITER II – 11 YOGYAKARTA

Indonesia is a State based on law which means that every resident , officials , authorities , including members of the military apparatus of the State and subject to applicable law abiding everyday both inside and outside . TNI is a national defense system and is a country which has the task to maintain , protect , and maintain the integrity and sovereignty of the State and the military as well as to provide shelter to the community and provide an example to not commit the crime of narcotics , in this case the availability and abuse of the drug has been arranged in Act Repoblik Indonesia number 35 of 2009 on narcotics . In Indonesia , especially in the TNI still no crime that should not have happened if a military member would really appreciate the duties and responsibilities borne by the State to him in accordance with the Sapta Marga and Oath Soldiers , members of the military who carry out military criminal acts with committing a crime because of lack of understanding narcotic Sapta Marga and the Soldier's Oath . Many forms of drug abuse do occur within the military or the use of narcotics is conducted by members of the military as a user or dealer victims , they simply use as personal consumption and many narcotics are used or consumed methamphetamine. Sanctions must be imposed by a military court for a proven member abusing drugs is a criminal sanction , considering the military is a bastion of security so that the image of the military is not threatened and contrary to the oath Soldiers Satma Highways and so can a good role model and show the attitude of a warrior
