IMPLEMENTASI HAK-HAK NARAPIDANA UNTUK MENDAPATKAN UPAH/PREMI ATAS PEKERJAAN YANG DILAKUKAN DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN PAJANGAN KELAS II B BANTUL

This legal writing entitled “Realization of Inmate’s wages of the jobs they’ve done at Correctional Facility”, with two problem formulation; What is the effort of the Correctional facility in Pajangan Bantul to grant inmate’s right to get wage of the they’ve done and Its obstacle found at Correctional Facility in order to fulfill their demand as the outcome for their participation at the Facility. The aim of this writing is to view the effort of the correctional facility in realization inmate’s right for their participation and obstacle in order to fulfill their demand for the wages. The method of this research is normative legal research that focuses on the Positive law norm for the regulation of constitution. The data uses Qualitative that is conducted by understand the collected data which was obtained and gathered systematically. Based on the analysis that the author did in previous chapter, it can be taken a conclusion by using deductive thought which is a general knowledge will be taken a conclusion and then it used to determine certain situation based under any other circumstances. Based on the result that the correctional facility of Pajangan Bantul have already granted inmate’s right to earn the wage as written on article 14 section 1 point g, Number 12th of 1995 Constitution and article 29 section 1-5 Administration code number 32, 1999 about Terms and condition of the inmate’s right in Correctional Facility. The Obstacle which is found as the minimum budget of training program for inmates, so that the administration will fulfill their demand, if their production sold out and unavailable spaces for their promotion
