This research aimed at analyzing Indonesian government efforts in giving law protection for manpower in facing the globalization era. That analysis was intended to know how for the Indonesian statutes or laws have arranged on manpower and other efforts used by the government overcome problem of manpower dealing with globalization. The data analysis carried out by comparing general regulation of I O (International Labour Organization) with Indonesian regulation on manpower. This is a normative legal research, and the data were collected by library research and field research in for of interview.
