STUDI MENGENAI HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENERAPAN GREEN CONSTRUCTION TERHADAP KINERJA MUTU PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

THE STUDY ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GREEN CONSTRUCTION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE PROVINCE OF YOGYAKARTA , Benedictus Irwin Padma Jaya, NPM 12 51 01816, 2013, Construction Management Expertise,Master of Civil Engineering Study Program,Postgraduate Program, Atma Jaya University of Yogyakarta Various problems that cause destruction of environment are water contamination, air contamination, large production of factory waste, and decrease of the availability of natural resources. One way to prevent the widespread of environmental destruction isto implement the concept of "green construction" in the construction by emphasizing on the enhancement of efficiency in the use of water, energy, building materials, start from design, construction, and the maintenance of building. Green Construction a part of a sustainable construction, is expected to keep preserving the environment. The difference of implementation methods between green construction and conventional green construction have given effects to the environmental damage impacts. In this study, a tool used to collect the data is aset questionnaires. The respondents are construction companies which located in Yogyakarta province. Data is analized to get a percentage, the average value (mean) and the standard of deviation value. The analysis which used is to rank the value average analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. The result of this analysis shows that the criteria of green construction influence to the project quality "influential enough" which selected by some respondents are materials and resources. The implementation level of green construction project quality performance "is applied" which is selected by the majority of respondents are control of the quality. The result of Pearson correlation analysis shows there is a relation between the level of influence on the quality of the project and the level of implementation of project quality performance
