This thesis is titled GIVING COMPENSATION FOR LANDOWNER OF PROVIDING THE LAND TO BROADEN ROAD SEDAYU PANDAK IN GIVING LAW PROTECTION IN PANDAK,BANTUL REGENCY. The law problem of this observation is whether giving compensation in providing the land to broaden road Sedayu Pandak has given law protection for landowner in Pandak, Bantul regency based on Constitution Presidential Regulation Number 65/06 about The Change Of Constitution Presidential Regulation Number 36/05 about Providing Land Of Reconstruction For Public Interest. The purpose of this observation is giving the knowledge analysis whether giving compensation to broader road has given the law protection for landowner in Pandak,Bantul regency. This kind of law observation is the law empirical observation and data analysis that was got by making qualitative analysis. The method used to give conclusion was the inductive thinking method. The conclusion of this observation is giving compensation to broaden road Sedayu Pandak in the form of money has given law protection for landowner, although there are still landowners who haven’t got the compensation. The form of this law protection giving for landowner is the compensation that was decided by the committee of provision the land has been agreed between landowner with the institute who need the land
