Man on behalf of power and modernity has disturbed and destroys " civilization" other nature, especially forest ecosystem community and animal, place of orangutan habitat stays. This research aim to know how manifestly implementaion of positive law of Indonesia in giving protection of law at execution of conservation orangutan, with existence of Governmental Regulation number 8 the year 1999 about " Exploiting of Plant Type and Wild Animal". This research also aim to know resistance any kind of faced by Borneo Orangutan Survival as selfsupporting institute of public in executing conservation orangutan and gives awareness of morality to public in general, how the importance of taking care and preserves wild animal especially orangutan who increasingly extinct, causing is expected continuity of other life is being also awake
