PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGAJARAN BAGI NARAPIDANA DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS II B KABUPATEN SLEMAN

In some public prisons we often meet with the prisoners who qualified as chalidern.Their age are under 18 years old.This research is normative research.It is need resources of law as main data and focuses to the regulations (norm).Public prison is a place to do the constructions to the prisoners(in Indonesia).In the other side,education is the conscious and a planned effort to make / create the situasion to study and process of learning,so that the students can develop / encourage their ability actively.The construction of education in the public prison is doing by informal programme ( Paket B and Training ).Education and process of learning in the public prison klas II B Sleman has been done according to the Law No 12,1995 about public prison,but is has noy been optimal yet.It is because there are some resistant factors such as Judeg’s decision,remission,the desire of the prisoners,budget and the lack of the source of teacher.
