PEMBERIAN HAK PEMBEBASAN BERSYARAT BAGI NARAPIDANA (Studi Kasus Pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Wirogunan Yogyakarta)

Republic of Indonesia gives a similar equality to every human in law, without except and government guaranteed every human in Indonesia has same right and obligation althoght loose they freedom. One of the right every human in jail is to get PEMBEBASAN BERSYARAT(PB). This method used by LAPAS to minimize amount of prisoners in jail and help them to control and make the prisoners to be a better life for them with people in outside. Of course simply term for prisoners to prepared them back living among people by guided the prisoners in LAPAS.In this research, the researches used empiric method,research method is concern to looking daily and fact activity in LAPAS, and got lot of information by asking the officer in LAPAS and also asking the prisoners how the PB program is running.After research is done, researchers get result that is pembebasan bersyarat at Wirogunan Jail has been done well although not in big amount in mount.H owever this method brings many benevit for all prisoners, especially for prisoner attitude in jail, for sure by support all component in LAPAS,like professional officer,and also people in outside. Hopely this program must be continuously running to help prisoners and make their live be better than before
