PERLINDUNGAN UPAH DAN WAKTU KERJA BAGI PEKERJA RUMAH TANGGA LULUSAN SEKOLAH PRT RUMPUN TJOET NJAK DIEN DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

The title of this thesis is wages and work time patronage for housemaid graduated from Rumpun Tjoet Njak Dien school in Yogyakarta. The problem formulation is the appropriateness of the wages and work time labor agreement which is made by Rumpun Tjoet Njak Dien for their graduated students with the facts and maintained by the law regulations. The type of research used in this study is the law of empirical research. Primary data source from this research is obtained directly from respondents through direct interviews toward the housemaid graduated from Rumpun Tjoet Njak Dien School in Yogyakarta, Advocacy and Organizing Division of Rumpun Tjoet Njak Dien Yogyakarta and participants from Department of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration of Yogyakarta, Department of Women's Empowerment of Yogyakarta, and secondary data of this study include statutory laws and books written by experts as well, analysis method that is used from this study which are to proceed and analyze primary data in order to attain to the general conclusions to draw the conclusion, and the secondary data in form of primary law materials which consist of law regulation, as well as secondary law to look for similarities or differences of opinion that can assist to get the legal interpretation. The conclusion of this law research is that the labor agreement regarding wage and work time practically has been obtained well, nevertheless there are but there are deviations to the given wage since it does not fit with the minimum wage of the province of Yogyakarta in 2011 which is IDR 808,000 based on the Decree of Governor of DIY No. 270/kep/2010 dated 22 November 2010. Suggestion from this law research is to set the regulation of wages for housemaid, designated by the exact government organization to supervise the labor relations between the housemaids and the employers
