TINDAKAN RESERSE DALAM MENGUNGKAP KEJAHATAN PERDAGANGANANAK DIBAWAH UMUR NEGARA

The title of law process of writing described by the writer is police action in revealing the crime of underage children trade. The content of the problem formulation is what effort conducted by the police unit in order that the underage children trade is revealed as soon as possible and what barrier faced by the police unit in revealing the underage children trade. The aim of this research is to find out the role of police in revealing the crime of underage children trade that is regulated in Regulation on Police force and Regulation on Children in valid, and to find out the obstacles experienced by the police in handling the case of children trade. Type of research conducted in writing the thesis is normative law research, where the normative law research is focusing on secondary data. Research result and decision gained are that the Regulation Number 23 Year of 2002 on Children Protection has clearly regulating starts from children protection until sanction that will be charged towards the abuse of children’s rights and Regulation Number 2 Year of 2002 on Republic of Indonesia Police Force that is regulating the work of police force especially the police unit. The effort conducting by the police is by conducting preventive and repressive effort. The police has committing to reveal the crime of underage children trade but it is not maximum yet. Suggestion given by the writer in this thesis is that the police must commit network with the society and also the parents and giving counseling in order that to protect the underage children
