The data used in this normative study relies on secondary data, while the supporting primary data, draw conclusions used in the deductive method of thinking which was to draw conclusions from the general thought patterns into specific ideas. The role of the police has been done to prevent the exploitation of children are working with non-governmental organizations engaged in the protection of children and women, and police also held a seminar on problems that make the child as victim, Constraints faced by the police in preventing the exploitation of children is a change behavior of people who do not care about the environment led to a lack of information about the exploitation of children received by the police, in addition to the lack of operational funds causing difficulties in conducting police investigations into child exploitation cases
