Rancang Bangun Katalog Online Terpadu Pada JASAPUSPERTI Kota Semarang

Considering of rapid development of technology, almost all of activities already use internet-based technologies. One of the current technologies are constantly evolving web technologies. Web is increasingly popular for use as the search data or references. JASAPUSPERTI is a network of cooperation among university libraries, both of public university and private university within the province of Central Java. With this partnership the members can enjoy a variety of services available in the college library are listed as a member JASAPUSPERTI. The online catalog or OPAC is the library catalog system that uses a computer. This catalog provides information library collections based on the index system. The online catalog also allows users to search library materials more easily and quickly. In this research will made prototype of OPAC systems application to search the library catalog by combining web-based database of samples from different university library making it possible to make this online catalog can be accessible within the scope of the member libraries with JASAPUSPERTI making it easier for users to search library collections
