In this research have made a decision support system using weighted product method. Weighted product method is used because this method is able to provide each weighted value and the carried out ranking the criteria that will determining worthy or not the customers is giving credit. The purpose of this study makes a decision support system using the product weight method that can help determine whether or not given credit to customers with computerized system.
