SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN KELAYAKAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT NASABAH DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS PADA KOPERASI KARYA MANUNGGAL

Cooperative work Manunggal is one of the financial institutions in Indonesia in the form of cooperatives that provide financial services by using the principles of Shari`ah banking. Cooperative work Manunggal provide funding assistance in the form of payment by credit / installment and has several systems, procedures and requirements that must be met by prospective borrowers. So in an attempt to improve profitability of banks Shari`ah financing it needs to be done to keep the management of quality is maintained financing of financing problems and the risk of loss. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness of work, the right decision is needed. Thus, in determining the creditworthiness of borrowers Cooperative Work Manunggal there be some assessment criteria. This assessment is based on the analysis of the qualitative analysis of 5C (character, capital, capacity, condition of economy, collateral).The purpose of this study is to design, apply and develop a decision support system (DSS) that is able to give a decision on the credit worthiness of prospective customers. The method used in this decision support system is the method of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The results of the test program conducted to 17 prospective customers that are tailored to the data of the Bank`s credit assessment found that 11 received prospective customers, prospective customers 4 and 2 prospective customers considered rejected. The level of validation of this system is 94.11% valid use in determining the creditworthiness of customers and 5.88% invalid. Ketidakvalidasian of the system resulting from the needs of the bank in determining the creditworthiness of prospective customers. If the Bank requires 10 direkomondasikan prospective customers to obtain credit in the prospective customer can also be considered and rejected direkomondasikan in getting credit. Based on the test results of the program showed that decision support systems are able to determine the credit worthiness of customers well
